That was a great episode. Sabine doesn't seem to be able to make up her mind whether she wants to keep her distance from Ezra, work with him, or let him bend her over a crate. Some of her facial expressions this season have been great, and most in relation to Ezra or something he has done.
It was nice to see team-mom Hera again. She has been a bit bitchy this season so far. Kanan must have lost his sexdrive after losing his sight and achieving 'enlightenment'.

Am I the only person who gives 0 fucks about Rogue One spoilers but really doesn't want to find out Episode 8 ones? I sort of see Rogue One as a new Dark Forces or GenndyWars or Shadows of the Empire. I think that's how my mind rationalizes the fact that there's going to be a new star wars movie every year for the rest of my life because I personally think that it's a fucking horrible idea that may very well kill the franchise for good since Star Wars fatigue will become a thing in about 5 years. So instead of seeing these anthology movies as actual movies I see them in the same light as novels or video games.

No I mean I don't see them as culturally important as the main movies. I don't care to see them in theatre on a big screen while for the main movies I want to be there on opening night so I can tell my grandkids about the experience some day.
Because movies are a special experience. It used to be that when a new Star Wars movie came out it was an actual experience in culture. This was the first Star Wars movie in -blank- years so all the fans sat in line for 2 days and hung out talking about the franchise to see it on opening day.

This sounds about right actually. TPM has poor pacing and has too much going on for a singular film. AOTC fixes a lot of the problems encountered with TPM. It dives straight into the story without getting lost along the way. TPM would've worked perfectly as two films.
I predict somewhere in the 60's or 50's. Mostly because I feel like the average moviegoer has a perception of Star Wars always being about Luke, Leia and Han Solo getting into adventures in a zeerust type setting. Like people think cheesy effects are suppose to be part of the series when that was a product of the time.
I'm specifically talking about the puppets and masks seen in TFA and R1. They look cheap as a imitation to 70's technology when they could've looked much more realistic with modern practical effects. Just people want nostalgia and it's hurting Star Wars.
