Technically, it is possible. My knowledge of her comes from the cartoon from the 90s. They could work her in as the result (accidental or otherwise) of another attempt at the serum if they want. Though I think that'll come way later. As far as incoming characters are concerned, I'm just hoping they'll play Norman right. Anything else is secondary to me.

I like it, but it needs to be more green. It just looks kind of scattered as-is; black wings with a bit of jacket green, brown jacket, and then camo green on the legs. More consistent greens and a tint on the jacket would make it perfect to me.
