I didn't notice a difference, but in the 2nd it's a full-head latex application, in the first it was several bits stuck to her head.
If it makes a difference to your fapping, in the first she had a shaved head and was painted blue and then had stuff stuck to her.
In the second her hair is glued down, her head is greased up and a thin mask is stuck over her entire head with holes for eyes and lips and nostrils that're then painted to match.
