The power rangers are something of a mix of technology and magic. Might be enough to at least negate his invulnerability. Everything else, yeah no.

They're powered via the morphing grid which is basically just Zordon's raw power.
To contrast with their villain's being magical, the Og Power Rangers are more technological in nature but all of that is technically powered via a wizard.
