Game over, man.

>steam.exe has stopped working

Why is the user so shit at games?

Because if he wasn't, Mainframe would be destroyed and all the characters would be nulls?

what happens if you play a game with no solid win/lose condition? Like if I played a porn game what would happen?

Its funny how in Reboot the games wreck the system, its like when your tech illiterate parents claim "your videogames gave the computer a virus". In the Reboot world those claims would be totally valid. How the hell would game devs stay afloat if installing them actively created holes in your computer.

well back when the show came out most os's had shity memory management and most pc games has serious memory leaks, so games totally could shit up the currant session, but along side no hibernation or sleep modes, it made a good reason to total close down the computer every night.

you'd have about half the fanfics written about this show

So DSP is the most benevolent user in mainframe history?

They better not reboot Reboot.

I used to believe that winning video game will brake whatever device it was on as kid.
Mostly console and arcade what had seemingly unwinnable games.

well? post AndraIa guys.

We could never get away with sexy characters like this today

>AndraIa
>not Sexadecimal

they knew what they were doing.

And then, having spent their creative powers on this last design, they had nothing left for the last season.

>Hex's tits got bigger when she became a sprite
Not complaining. She's pure sex in every form. Always preferred her original static face masks though.

Because of this show I have a idk what it's actually called but when the women are kinda "take charge" and wear slutty outfits and say nasty things but not the dominant type that to want to peg with a strap on fetish

>warning, cumming in game

I chalked it up to the game causing system fragmentation. Which was a real thing for normal OS use over time.

Thats still Dom. You just negotiate what is acceptable before hand.

I imagine Hex played a part in the sexual awakening of more than a few anons of a certain age. Her character is literally a dominant, fun-loving but dangerous sexually agressive older woman wearing across between kinky lingerie and bondage gear.

Nigga, Bob literally had a tool named glitch that he constantly used to cheat.

How many nulls I must have created, and still create on a regular basis, just by beating the shit out of the AI.

I just imagine how bored the sprites in MMOs must be. Or if they lose all wonder for the user after seeing them just jump in place or cybering.

>day four hundred
>The player never fights, only crafts.
>we can't attack unless he comes to us, but all he does is sell gold.
>we killed him once, and he respawned
>he has killed us thousands of times, and yet we still respawn.
>there is no victory condition
>there is no death
>there is no escape
>god help us all

>jump in place

Actually, they've made fun of the User on several occasions.

I have been playing a lot of Darkest Dungeon lately. I wonder how that would go over in Reboot. Would they turn into Eldritch horrors? Knowing Bob he'd use glitch to fuck me over and murder all my units, the bastard.

>There can be no hope. No hope at all.

...

Oh they totally did.

Of course, what would Guardians and Sprites think of games like Stardew Valley, where there is no real end-game? It's a game you can never win. That must be a paradise for them.

Wasn't the point of Reboot that Bob wanted to find out who the User is and how to get to him?
How come they never actually adressed that in any episode? They just went on about doing fuck all.

The User could be a five-year-old or something. The person who played the game that fucked over Enzo and co. was probably their older brother, who also plays Pantsu Hebi. The person who reboot the world was their parent.

Nah, in that game the user picked the most broken character while Enzo was a 5 foot midget

I thought he was just there to protect the mainframe. His title was Guardian was it not? I thought he just moved to mainframe somehow, and was like a cop sent to take out viruses and other harmful elements while also dealing with the presence of the user by acting as the videogame's artificial intelligence.

And then he got sucked I to the internet somehow. And then mainframe became some post apocalyptic shit with Enzo as Mad Max. And then everything got put back to normal except now there are two Enzos and some other weird shit.

Man it's been a while.

>claim "your videogames gave the computer a virus". In the Reboot world those claims would be totally valid.
That actually was how Viruses would travel from system to system
Game hopping like the way Matrix and AndrAIa did

He's Mainframe's user from the looks of it. He only got Bob's antivirus software at the suggestion of the tech-support guy after Gigabyte fucked half his system. Before that he didn't have any.
