"Hey, have you watched the new Mummy movie?"

>"Hey, have you watched the new Mummy movie?"
>"That movie sucks ass!"
>"Oh, I just watched it because of the actress playing the Mummy."
>"Sofia Boutella? She's fucking ugly, man."
Why does it hurt when somebody talks shit about your favorite actress?

Anyone who finds her ugly isn't attracted to women.

If I had to prove my heterosexuality by saying I was attracted to this, I would rather suck a dick on the spot

Are we trying to help a flop make up its losses on the back end?

It seems like it.

The Blu Ray of atomic blonde came out recently, some better shots of her nipples now

...

But she's a beautiful alium

Forgot moi pic

Sofia is gorgeous, i would even suck her dick if she had one.

Is it gud, not the tits I know already, the movie?

How 30 mil budget movie getting 90 mil BO is a flop?
Taking 30% of box office already breaks even. Even including marketing, it is profitable.

Actually I enjoyed the movie but more because the mummificated pussy i was baffled than Cruise could turn a complete below-average tier/boring written character into something interesting (probably with another actor i would've fall asleep)
The revisting of the Jeckyll and Hyde character (Russel Crowe) was another interesting hit of the movie. The blonde-support character was average and managed to do her job.
Fun movie to watch with friends/gf/wife to have a noice night-time in the end.

shes choosing terrible movies

Since you don't know how revenue works
Focus features spent 30 million to make, plus a sizable promotional budget.

They get 25.5 million in domestic sales, and 13.2 in international, for a total of 38.7 million, lets call it 40 million to be nice.

So with that 40 million they have to pay for 30 million dollar production, and then have a promotion budget of at least 20 million (and more like 30 million dollars)

they will break even in 2-3 years on DVD/Blu/Streaming/TV sales, but it hardly a hit and it needed to make about 110 million to break even in the movieplexes

I doubt that marketing would cost so much in this case.

Not that guy but Atomic Blonde Marketing was in the 20 million range.

WOW. Thats a lot for nearly nothing. Seriously, can anyone confirm visible signs of marketing other than trailer in cinema, right before another movie?

Must remember, Thor had a 100+ million promotion budget.

Atomic blonde had a video game/app, tv spots, and a lot of internet marketing.

>20 mega million marketing

Did they gave Charlize Theron fleshlights away for free and I missed that?

she was the single GOOD thing about the movie

Ohoho, you'd be surprised. Often times, marketing costs equal or more than the production itself.

There's a reason why they don't disclose marketing costs that much,
