Game of thrones

>Dr. Paverru, I samurai

Vikings

PABERU HAKASE, SHI AI YEH DESU

Rome

What did he do to warrant that?

He sexually harassed her

The Last Samurai

Its about as historical accurate as Braveheart but I love the settings and the environments so much it makes up for it.

John Adams for TV show, Last of the Mohicans for film.

Mad Men

Alexander
Rome
Kingdom of Heaven

What are films/shows like this?
>protagonist is sent back in time to live a life as X in Y period

Shogun tv series from the 80s

>tfw the Sumerians ruled for 2600 fucking years
>tfw will never get a good show set in Sumer

Outlander

HIS ILLEGAL WAR IS OVER
WHY HE DOES NOT COME HOME?

Been planning to watch this for quite some time, is it any good?

>that fucking arrow CGI'd into his neck

L M A O

I like it and have seen every episode. The show revolves around the romance of the two leads but it is immersed in the history of the mid-1700s and, at times, the 1940s-60s.

Ran

The only fail in Rome which I hate is The legionary gear, their helmets are bronze for some reason??? And their shields too small. I'm not sure they used the hamata in the era represented and it's just stupid problems they could have fixed. It's dumb.

>John Adams for TV show
Is this actually good? I'm keen to watch historical costume dramas but I don't want to watch boring snoozefests.

get this -
>tfw honarabu samurai will never piss on your gaijin back for being dishonarabu

How's the production level in the series? Has it aged well? Is it more comparable to Rome or I, Claudius?

Lot of fealty for a hired dog of the Bakufu.

It's uh, pretty 80's.

Comfy as fuck though.
