For me it's even funnier as an adult. I love how many jokes they pack into each scene, I missed a lot as a kid.

They're parodies of different eras. Sucka is 70s exploitation mostly and Menace is more a 90s gangsta parody of movies like Boys in the Hood and Menace II Society. I prefer Menace but black dynamite is better than both.
