It used to be on a few streaming sites, but it's been awhile, so it might be gone by now.
If you have a VHS lying around, you could always order a copy for dirt cheap off ebay
You could also stream it off Amazon for a few dollars.
Those are pretty much the only way you'll get to see it.
There's also a workprint version that has an extra storyboard or two woven in. One guy still sells copies online if you can reach him through e-mail

The theatrical cut is only good for those who saw it originally since it is more about nostalgia with that Tangerine Soundtrack. It does not stand up to the test of time like the DC does. I loved the original soundtrack but I would take the DC any day as it's ageless.

Google "Legend theatrical cut full online watch free" and youll probably find it. Putlocker clones, 123movies etc arent exactly 'safe' but they work.

I like the longer length of the DC but I was not a fan at all of the alternate score. Tangerine Dream is pure magic and Loved by the Sun is incredible at the end.

I LOVE this movie senpai. I recommend it to so many friends and everyone falls for it. Some of the best set design I've ever seen and it was one of the last films made in the old bond studio.
The main diff between the cuts is the score. The US version had tangerine dream do a synthy score that they felt would do better with the audience, while the UK had Jerry Goldsmith go in on some real epic fantasy type. It's worth watching with each because it entirely changes the mood of the film.
