>Carl is dying
>Went out of their way to show how wearing walker's insides is dangerous
>Showing a helicopter hinting at the Commonwealth
So they're skipping The Whisperers arc right and heading straight to the Commonwealth?

Whisperers fucking suck anyway
Whisperers are a cool concept, although they won't work in the show canon
Girl in the middle looks like a minstrel
No.
There's been no hints at them at all, Carl is dead, and Rick wants to leave
There were no hints of the Whisperers at this point in the comics because they're two years off in the series timeline. It would be illogical to hint towards them now.
Show is garbage anyway
Show generally points towards what is happening 1/2 seasons ahead. Even things like the Wolves were foreshadowed.
Commonwealth is the only thing they've hinted at
If they do show up, which I doubt, the entire arc will be completely different
>Massive helicopter pad in good condition at junkyard
>TV series randomly asspulls characters and groups out of nowhere regularly
>It’s da Commonwealth
They’re going to do the Whisperers arc and just give Carl’s stuff to either Enid or a disenheartened Daryl, just like they have this season. They probably never intended it, but I wouldn’t doubt they’ll write the Fear cast or some of it into being the Whisperers so Morgan can reference them from his crossover and pull a whole “wat have u become, I must put these people I no down” cliche.
You guys give the show way too much credit, and the audience even more credit for that to be able to think more than a season in advance.
Difference being is that these things don't happen two years later in the shows timeline. With that being said, I wouldn't be surprised if Gimple is stupid enough to hint towards things that far ahead even if it doesn't make sense to do so.
the whisperers will be the cast of FTWD but they wont be like in the comics plus thats why morgan is being crossed over to that show so its going to be the commenwelth then the remnants of FYWD as the whispereres
Why do people keep saying FTWD will be the Whisperers?
I'm not entirely convinced either but it sounds stupid enough to be true.
It’s been the big theory since the show was announced. Madison was always theorised to be Alpha, and Nick’s whole walking among them comfortably thing just set off all the bells for them. They probably never intended for them to be the Whisperers, but I don’t doubt they’ve wrote them in that way now to make fans go OMG. There’s just too much POTTERY to be had with it now that the producers confirmed Madison is related to Rick and with Morgan crossing over for a bit and then headed east with them filming in Texas, it’s looking more likely than not.
Yeah they're a cool concept but man did Kirkman half ass it. They pull herds out of their asses for fuck's sake even though the good guys had to use horns to control herds. Plus don't they seem awfully similar to the Wolves minus the costume? A lot of the human drama in this part of the story has sucked too. Only Negan trying to please Rick was really interesting. The show will have to tweak a lot of shit after AOW. As long as Negan and Old Man Rick still have the Vegeta dynamic I am fine with everything else changing or being reorganized. The shit with the Saviors might be decent in the show since it has Laura, Gavin, etc instead of Dwight's cunt wife.
because they done cast morgan into FTWD plus they were the first to use the dead masking as a way to walk with the dead since FTWD is a prequel to TWD
What is the Commonwealth?
its the new bad guy in the comics. theres been a working govt full of military since the start of it all plus the president is hillary
I remember thinking Rick was gonna become a demon to whip his community back into line. A reaction to them forgetting how hard he bled to acquire them years of peace. Propaganda and false flags. Would've been more interesting than the straightforward story we got.
false advertising
...
wut, is this already in the comics?
I dropped FTWD after season 1, might have to pick it back up to check this shit out
Yes, they're a fully militarized group
People enjoy this?
ftwd is better than twd
that's not saying much, but it's a fact.
>there is a militarized government
why the fuck just not work with them?
Season 2 is irredeemably shit
S3. I won't go full pol, but a Native American murders a womans husband, starts a war with white settlers based on their race, poisons them with anthrax, and the protags cuck out and side with the natives
Part of why I stopped watching it
I meant to say you can comfortably skip S2 and miss nothing of importance
Nothing so far indicates they'll be bad guys. They may clash in some way but I don't expect it to be war. The comic has been focusing on homosex so much lately I have a hunch The Commonwealth pragmatically outlaws fag degeneracy since they need citizens to make babies for the sake of humanity. One of the dyke characters out of nowhere whined about how her daddy forbid fag shit so I am thinking this will lead to this big community doing the same once they arrive to it.
>You're a big mean lookin motherfucker, what's your name
>They call me Beta
What did they mean by this?
was she the turbo-sjw (I never use that term) that was in panels posted herer talking about lesbianism and being yourself (or some similar shit)?
Who is she aligned with?
Whisperers were the dumbest plot arc in the comic.
The turbo SJW you speak of was in full support of their faggotry. The SJW character is named Princess. She was introduced only a couple of issues ago. She's just some random survivor they found on the road. Awful awful awful character that only bugmen and womyn like. The comics have been spinning in the dirt ever since Negan lost the war. Well, every plot that doesn't involve Negan has been spinning in the dirt. I hope the introduction of Commonwealth will put the story back on track. TWD comic fans are so stupid that they think just because this Princess character is quirky that it means she should cross paths with Negan and become his wife. Embarassing fandom the comics have. Anime tier reasoning.
Princess, that's her.
Holy fuck what a mess she is. Even sjws must think she's a fucking parody
Is she going to be part of the main crew? I dont read the comics but I know what generally happens in them
>Is she going to be part of the main crew?
I don't know. A chunk of the main crew is on an expedition to meat the Commonwealth in Ohio. Eugene, Michonne, some others. She's following them. Rick's still at Alexandria, Maggie Carl at the Hilltop, Negan is on his own. Everyone is spread out. Civilization is in the stage where people are all off doing their own shit.
>hmmm what if I took that Tara character from the TV show and introduced her in the comic years later
Bravo Kirkman you fucking soyboy. At least Princess isn't obese...
It's #HerTurn sweetie
