Chris Benoit

Anybody else have that illegal black box back in the late nineties that let you see all the WWF payperview shows for free?

This.
Him and Eddie were the GOAT

Scott Steiner

It's because this photo is from wrestlemania 18, which took place in Toronto. Hence, why he's drinking canadian brew

My favourite as a kid was Kurt Angle.

I haven't watched wrestling in perhaps 15 years, maybe more. So I don't know where Angle stands within the pantheon of wrestling but he was mightily impressive to me back in the day.

Chris Jericho

wrestling is for 15 year old boys

this is not an ironic comment, i grew out of wrestling when i was like 13 years old.

last week?

gottem

Bruce Prichard says he's the best all around talent to enter the ring. Bruce was Vince McMahon's right hand man for decades and has the most downloaded and acclaimed wrestling podcast at the moment.

Mick Foley

Crazy grandpa will always be best wrassler.

Fuck year, my Dad brought it home one day in late 1995. I have every WWF pay per view on from January 1996 until about Wrestlemania 2000 on original VHS rip. After 2000 they started moving the PPV channels to higher numbers so that the box couldn't pick them up.

Also have tons of first run PPV movies that we taped as well. I must have watched Die Hard 3 a hundred times when I was 12.

>U SUCK

well then I guess I had good taste

Kek

Randy Orton and it's not even close. Nobody even comes close to his in ring ability and in his prime his mic work was great. Only wrestler who made it in all eras of WWE he's the goat.

this

you already posted him

well him and the macho man

>Only wrestler who made it in all eras of WWE Chris Jericho?

...

Bret Hart

>drinking canadian beer
It's only ok if it's Molson. Everything else can be poured out or given to people you don't like

he did things no manlet had done before

god but he's no: I internally decapitated myself cos MUH BUSINESS Misawa

>molson

lol kill yourself.

Roman Reigns

like kill someone in the ring?

>no one posted King Litty The Rock
this really is a subreddit

Log off, Vince

agreed

He did the things he had never done before... before, when he was in WCW and actually had knees (him getting Eddie's push after he died was bullshit, should have been Chavo, but it did lead to the first manlet world champion.)

mankind

impotent manlet rage cost a woman and her son their lives

Terry Funk

Go home

I haven't watched wrestling in awhile. I saw Jericho in Japan recently and I liked the guy he wrestled. I don't know why he isn't in the WWE.

Rock was shit. Go back and watch him in a match with someone who isn't better than him and see him fail to carry a match. He got put over CONSTANTLY by guys who were better than him, which is ehy you remember him fondly.

His matches with Kurt Angle were some of the best technical wrestling. Nowadays people would boo those matches for being, "boring."

You could say the same about capeshit and star wars yet we have hundreds of treads about those every day

>pic related

wish he kept the biker gimmick.

Jesus how can I look like this.

oh it's true

take steroids and lift weights

The MIZ

>that match at X-7 where they do a couple minutes of amateur wrestling to start the match

OH BABY

Jericho's a part timer.

>obese

is he working some sort of reddit gimmick?

take a shower, hit the weights, and get a clue

Prepare for feelings

>wish he kept the biker gimmick.
The cry of the attitude era mark who thinks his opinion matters 20 years later. Taker from WM24 onwards is Kino taker.

Hulk Hogan got the sport over with the world. He wasn't the best technical wrestler, but he was the star that made it all huge.

Roddy Piper was the greatest shit talker ever. He had amazing mic skills.

The Rock also had great mic skills, but his gimmick was limited.

Sgt Slaughter was amazing during the height of 80's era patriotism. Sadly his heel turn ruined his character.

Mick Foley was the greatest hardcore wrestler ever. No one else even came close. He's also a surprisingly nice and gentle guy.

Andre was the greatest figure in the sport. Nothing else needs to be said. He's the legend that towers over the whole thing.

Take a shower. Hit the weights. Get a clue.

The biker theme was way better than his dead man stuff.

Yet he be more of an elite athlete than most those pretty niggas

Wcw Goldberg

What about Stone Cold and Kurt Angle?

Stone Cold is a pillar of the modern era. Attitude Era was amazing mostly because of him. The Stone Cold vs Vince feud was some of the best stuff ever done in the WWE

There is no better you and if you think there is you area soyboy cuck.

macho man gets my pick for being the purest version of what people picture when they imagine pro wrestling, but el santo was objectively the greatest

>Never the guy
>Never drew a dime
>Never had a good match before 2006 and even then was carried by vastly superior workers
>Never cut a memorable promo
>Never put anyone over
>Never had the balls to step out his WWF comfort even when Ted Turner threw millions at him
>Main evented the lowest drawing Wrestlemania of the '90s
>Main evented the lowest drawing Wrestlemania of the '10s
>Tanked the buyrate of King Of The Ring in 2002 so hard the PPV got cancelled
>Was barely ever in the main title picture because he was never a big enough deal
>Only the 2nd best member of The Brothers of Destruction
>Only the 4th best member of The Ministry
>Only the 8th best member of The Corporate Ministry
>His backstage clique "The Bone Street Krew" was utterly BTFO by The Kliq and achieved nothing notable except inflicting Savio Vega on us
>His biker cosplay was cringeworthy
>His MMA cosplay was cringeworthy
>Unironically calls himself """"""""DA BEST PURE STRIKER IN DA WWE""""""""
>Shit taste in whiskey
>Shit hairline
>Has his ex wife's tattooed on his neck
>Failed at his first marriage so badly that he resorted to marrying an anorexic bimbo
>Only significant achievement was accidently being booked to have a Wrestlemania streak
>Is the wrestling equivalent of that one insufferably mediocre middle manager whose sole professional """""""achievement"""""" is staying in the same shitty job for 25 years>Drew so poorly in his 1997 title run that Bret Hart of all people had to take the belt off him
>spent the latter part of his career burying superior young talent
>The biggest impact he had on the business was sitting around in the back and telling one of his no-draw buddies to job to someone who could actually draw dimes
>Buried DDP and ruined his potential WWE career because he didn't shake his hand backstage

Kenny Omega is the greatest wrestler of all-time.

Necro butcher....

Sabu though, seriously

>There is no better you and if you think there is you area soyboy cuck.
Man, I agree that Austin was great, but you gotta have a better argument than that. Apply yourself.

Unironically Rob Van Dam

>mick foley

>Buried Bray Wyatt (twice) for no reason
>Drew lower ratings in his feud with Kane in late 2010 than an Edge vs Dolph Ziggler feud, a Mark Henry title run, and a Christian vs Orton feud the next year
>In the same feud, lost 90,000 buys from the previous year at the Hell in a Cell PPV that included Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase Jr in the main event
>Killed the World Heavyweight Championship (the last time the WHC would be defended in a PPV main event was Hell in a Cell 2010)
>None of the Wrestlemanias he main evented got more buys than the previous year
>Only main evented 4 out of 25 Wrestlemanias he had a match at
>Was on the B-show for the majority of his career after the draft
>Huge mark for himself, according to Paul London he drives around with the license plate "DEADMAN" and wears his own merchindise
>Besides Wrestlemania 13 having the lowest buyrate ever, it is the only Wrestlemania ever not to sell out
>Couldn't draw LeBron James to come out of his locker room to meet him despite getting dressed up and waiting for an hour
>The biggest impact he had on the business was sitting in the back and telling one of his no dimes buddies to job to someone who could draw a dime

>Who was the best pro wresteler of all time?
Shane.

He could have relaxed and been a billionaire's son but instead he worked hard at the company being a wagecuck grunt, a referee, a commentator, and a great wrestler.

the heartbreak kid

Mick had three different characters and the infamous Hell in a Cell match. No offense to Terry, who is still one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, but Mick was bigger.

AJ Styles is the greatest of all time.

get out, faggot. the original taker promos are pure kino

...

based wolfpac

>El Santo
Del Rio's Dad? Yeah, he was kino.

You know what? You're right. Shane doesn't nearly get enough credit. The guy has done some amazing shit.

...

Star Power - Hogan
Mic Skills - Austin or Savage
In-Ring - AJ Styles
Total Package - Kurt 'Freakin' Angle

...

Undertaker was the best one. Most iconic man in the whole industry and has more legendary matches and fueds to his name than anyone.

/ASP/IES GO HOMEU

PLEASE GO HOMEU

was x-pac a vanilla midget?

Definitely the iconic heel

Why would anyone even do this? It's crazy.

This

worked.

hes pretty tall for a normal dude just short looking around vinces favorite big dudes

He's running the show now on Raw and it's pretty damn entertaining. He's one of the best parts. Plus he's got some bastard kid that came out of nowhere.

no one has said Triple-H

kek

because wrestling is fake so there's no risk

funker's got the barbed match with sabu as well as the first empty arena match (which was legitimate kino). plus he helped invent the style. and he's still at it. funk is the melvins to foley's nirvana

Shawn Michaels. Still overrated though.
