Just finished this

Just finished this
A better all around trilogy I can't remember when
And damn if it didn't make me cry more than once.

peak apekino

It was pretty great
>A better all round triology I can't remember when
Probably havn't seen Pusher

>Doesn't even go with the usual whites are evil narrative but full out goyim are less than apes, Christians especially so
Don't know how you can stomach a jew writing and producing etc a fantasy about you being subhuman trash.

I didn't really like what they did in the third movie but it was a nice sendoff for Caesar I guess

APED

Is the 3rd one better than the 2nd? For some reason I had trouble getting into the 2nd one. All the ape moments were good but I thought the human actors were shit.

I have no memories of the second movie, but I want to remember that the third one is better. At least when I watched it on the airplane ride

Pusher trilogy is on my watch list but no I have not seen yet

Kill yourself

Third one is hit or miss, some love it some hate it.

Remember when that one poster tried to make Monkino a thing?

No?

>make me cry more than once
Easy on the soy, mate.

I only watched it for Amiah Miller.
White power.

How does this movie portray things.
Straight white Christian man? Probably evil.
non-white bi/gay man? Probably a saint.
White woman? Probably in an interracial if not gay relationship or just disabled.

Keep mind raping yourself on these flicks and you just might hate your own parents and heritage by the time you're 30.

no we dont rememember you nor will anyone when you die
fuck off

1,2 were great but 3rd had garbage script.

You are mental illness personified

I concur, OP. I thoroughly enjoyed them all.

>at the end it's revealed humans have tons of artillery
>no explanation why we didn't use it on the monkeys

Weakest of the bunch still worthy to make it all around great trilogy

This movie was cool in that it drew lots of parallels with the vietnam war, and correct in that the VC were the good guys, but it fucked up by making them apes

>VC were the good guys

nice trips. but you're wrong. the apes become intelligent. dont wanna be treated like animals anymore. the apes start learning what its like to be human like. realize that more in common than they thought.

It was gay.

Anyone who thinks one is better than anything is an idiot. It's easily the weakest of the trilogy.

>be Vietnamese
>French invade repress you for decades
>finally persuaded to decolonisation, install a right wing dictator with support of Americans
>no free elections to choose your own government
>try to install the people's preferred government
>imperialist Americans murder, starve, torture, bomb the shit out of you because of muh disproven domino theory
>millions of children still with birth defects
Hmm

I thought it was a good trilogy. Especially the third one. By that point the CGI of the apes was so good they could convey real emotion and made me feel some real feels.

By the third one of course we had the thinly veiled "white men are evil" trope on full blast. I just tried to ignore it and enjoy the movie. Caesar was great.

It's interesting that you seem to have no idea about the Indochina and Vietnam Wars or it's politics but still insist you're correct

Pity their ignorance and despise 'em, user. It worked for Uncle Ho.

>By the third one of course we had the thinly veiled "white men are evil" trope on full blast
>unironically being this insecure
The white man villain is literally being fought by other white men.

They take the time to give the "evil white man" completely relatable motivations though

They literally had a white guy spitting chewing tobacco with an alt-right haircut and a southern accent beating a black ape with a belt while he called him mule and boy.

Anyway, like I said, I just tried to ignore it. At this point you either try and ignore it or you just stop watching any mass media because it's everywhere now.

>alt-right haircut
Is this a thing?

Yeah, its called high and tight.

Which part of imperialist powers asserting their will against the native peoples wishes did I get wrong?

>having racists be the bad guys takes me out of a movie

Quite a few things. The French had already decolonized it and handed over most of the civil government to Vietnamese when they were fighting the Indochina War (much like Britain in Malaya without any of the success), Diem wasn't installed by the French, Bao Dai appointed him PM because he was popular and Diem fucked him off the first chance he got(much to the anger of France), the elections were rigged yes (to fucking ludicrous levels), communists were not the majority they just offered more and more to the common man as the war dragged on and the South Vietnamese government got more and more retarded with a complete inability to reform

>army man has army haircut and belittles animal while beating it
oh no really?

The broad thrust of what I said was correct
