explain this
The best film of 2017 stars fucking jackie chan and pierce brosnan
It's director is the same guy who did Goldeneye, so I'm not surprised.
Once the Force Awakens was released, we saw a gigantic shift in cinema (and life in general). A female lead who had no actual plot, was so wooden and added nothing to the story but simply "she was so strong". We saw a retelling of a 1977 classic and a 30 second glimpse of a beloved hero promised to be terrific in the sequel... how wrong we were.
As the years went on, we have gotten nonstop quip after quips in super hero movies. Gone is the dark Nolan style despite TDK doing so well with audiences, everyone must follow the formula of Marvel.
2015 also marked the last James Bond film before a massive break. 3 years later and still no news on the next Bond as Craig was tired from shooting Spectre (very understandable because a Bond film isn't such an easy job) yet how we have had no news on the upcoming story is very bothersome, considering the next one won't be released until 2 years down the track and then, it isn't going to be a continuation of Spectre (which would have made sense since Craig is coming back).
Now this all relates back to Jackie Chan. Why? Because he's one of the greatest things ever to happen to Hollywood. He portrays the perfect blend of comedy mixed with drama. I saw his new film "Bleeding Steel" and it was very well edited and again had perfect mix of comedy and drama - something Disney just cannot do (rolls my eyes at the Last Jedi).
The Foreigner which came out last year marked a "farewell" to the cinema we all love as director of GoldenEye 1995 coincidentally directed a film with both Pierce Brosnan (the new Bond that provided hope to the Bond franchise before Tomorrow Never Dies was made) and Jackie Chan (returning to Hollywood in such a long break after Rush Hour 3 to show his stunt work). Once Jackie Chan passes, cinema as we know it is finished. We are left with nothing but horrible Feminist films with no passion, no soul and no art. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Jackie Chan was good but the movie was mediocre.
>hothead
>checkem
>high ground
Anyone catch any more memes in that kino?
They should make Jackie Chan the new main character on a new season of 24.
>for you
how did you miss that?
Still no release in fucking EUROPE. We love Jackie Chan here so wtf?!
>SWAT soldier shoots a woman in the head
>IRA Terrorism and not one mention of Islamic terrorism
No idea how this came out last year. Felt like it was made in the 90's.
>what are torrents
download and watch it on your smart tv in comfy enviroment
I like Tomorrow Never Dies desu. But I always had a soft spot for Jonathan Pryce
They shoot her in the chest.
HEY the UK DVD gets a commentary, interviews and behind the scenes while Australian release only gets behind the scenes. You more than likely will get a DVD release with all the features.
they did mention al-ciaida and isis.
No way, when was that? I might rewatch it
Tomorrow Never Dies was fine
MUH NAMES
Martin Campbell brought Bond back from the dead TWICE with GoldenEye and Casino Royale. He never gets enough recognition for this.
It's a British-Chinese co-production so this is to say fuck you to Europe after the Brexit vote lmao.
>He doesn't go to the cinema to be around people to hear cute girls laugh at certain parts in movies while Chads crack jokes and you feel like you are in a big family
What kind of human bean are you?
>Tomorrow Never Dies was fine
Brosnan himself said he hated it and wished his Bond films were like the Craig ones i.e. realistic and not so cheesy.
GoldenEye, TWINE and the first act of DAD are the best of Brosnan.
It’s on Netflix in the UK.
It predicted the alt right
when jackie phones hennessy's office and the secreatary says "it's for you"
Would you be a good boy and list me all the other parts where memes occur in the film?
>and wished his Bond films were like the Craig ones i.e. realistic and not so cheesy
give me a silly connery and brosnan-tier bond over a jason bourne-tier abyss of nothingness all day every day
