He seems more trustworthy than most people to me, in all the videos I've watched of him. I don't think he has a hidden agenda, but maybe he's just really good at hiding it. It wasn't technically his decision to not prosecute Hillary, he just didn't make the recommendation because he knew it would be a nightmare for him and the FBI. But look at how open he was with congress, he was never trying to cover up for Hillary.
