Trump might stop what is happening down there, but still keep NATO intact and put more pressure on us to raise our military budgets. but i dont think he will crash it.

my answer; Trump is the safest and slowest path towards bettering Europe. Hillary is a double down and it could go very wrong, or it could all blow up in their faces.
