Villains that would work really well in other series thread.
Armstrong and the Winds of Destruction would work really well with Captain America and Iron Man. Honestly they’d work well with pretty much anything, I can’t think of a series that wouldn’t even be slightly better with them around.
The Winds of Destruction have some limitations, but it's a fact that Armstrong makes everything better
Put them in RWBY and its perfect. The idea of Salem butting heads with Armstrong would be fun to watch.

Funny Valentine is the Sup Forums equivalent.
Valentine's problem is that he wants "What's best for america" but he's shown murdering innocent American's multiple times for virtually no reason.
I don't dislike his character at all, but I feel if they just took the random, bordering out of character, murder scenes out, his big speech to Johnny at the end would have meant a lot more.

No they aren't. He's a shitty strawnman version of a far right libertarian with an unhealthy dose pseudo social Darwinism for flavor. He's like what the average liberal think Trump is.
He just wasn't all that great a villain and was only salvaged by his great voice acting, screen presence, and in game boss fight while also coming off as cool or sympathetic to far right Americans. Like a diet Solidus who people only like more because he was in a better game
Relatively young, ostensibly conservative/libertarian, played ball in college. Navy man, created jobs by privatizing the police force in Colorado via World Marshall and Desperado PMC. I can see this guy being popular IRL. Cap needs a villain like this.
