Wanted Storytime

I'm bored and feeling edgy

This is pretty embarrassing, but at least it's better than the movie.

...

How bad was the movie?

...

...

I just realized those are supposed to be spiderman's boots

...

...

...

...

...

Terribad.
Also, it completely disregards the angle of supervillains (which was an enjoyable concept in the comics), and goes with some mystical fate weaving bullshit, and bullet trajectory bending.
Eminem is McAvoy and Hale Berry is whitewashed into Angelina Jolie.

...

That sounds entertaining in how bad it is. Is the action good?

Yes I always thought it's pretty distasteful he wore them with the bathrobe, especially for such a snob.

Err quite, it's from this Russian Bekmambetov so it's pretty stylized, Morgan Freeman is always cool, and it's violent, so it's enjoyable in a shlock way.

...

Might check it out. Is it worth buying or should i just pirate?

Oh I've been curious about this piece for a while OP. You came at a good time friend.

...

Thanks. it's not that good though

A lot of these characters seem to be ripoffs from other series.

...

It doesn't really deserve the effort of buying it

That's kinda the point

Yep. That's part of the joke, honestly.

This is effectively a "what if" where knockoff supervillains won and rewrote the world around the superheroes they beat.

That's also why the whole world is now effectively GTA for them, and they've done so little with it since. These expies don't really have ambition. They just wanted to be on top.

I think that is half of the point. Like having Bizzaro around unabashedly

Why the dialogue and the pictures seem disconnected sometimes? Like, the artwork seems "too classy" for the dialogue.

...

Artist was better than the writer
