wanted to like this but couldn't get into it, the older character says fuck way to much, the art is really cool though and this part kind of ruined it for me, I don't like Beyonce. I did like Sean Lewis previous book , Saints and I will probably check out the few once I see it at the lcs

I liked the first issue but yea with the way the older character cursing too much and her trying so hard to sound badass makes me cringe and get tired of it quickly. I also didn't like that part with the Beyonce too. Out of all people the writer had to choose her. I just hope the way the characters are atm improve in the future.

Spy Seal is my favorite new series from them this year. Too bad it was a huge flop and is probably already done for after one arc.

I really enjoyed Dynamo 5. The bastard children of a Superman homage each have one of his powerset, kinda like a Team Ultra Boy. Interesting plays against the stereotypes - the big guy is the telepath, the teeny goth girl is the muscle.

That is awesome to hear. I hope a lot of people pick it up.

If I had to pick a favorite then it would probably be Stray Bullets. It wasn't published by Image from the beginning though, so I'd pick Casanova then. But Casanova was for one arc at Marvel. I guess Prophet is then the next best one. After that it's King City and Manifest Destiny.

I enjoyed I Kill Giants but the ending was pretty underwhelming.

Everyone should be reading Black Monday Murders. One of the best books coming out right now. It's slow but the pay offs are great
