I liked the first half with the psychological horror shit, and since its not mcu i was hopping noone would use science to explain it all, but then they did and it was not as fun to watch
It was better than the shitty marvel nettflix and arrowverse but that's not saying much.
My favorite cape show, by a fairly large margin. I never realized how badly I wanted to fuck Aubrey Plaza until this show.
It was excellent, and I'm excited for Season 2.
Also disappointed by the amount of discussion other capeshit shows got and pretty much nobody watched this one while it was airing.
It made me shoot hot gooey loads
Like the other user claimed, I liked the Psychological Horror and less Science Bullshit.
Still, fucking awesome. A schizophrenic reality warped is just so fucking awesome to see. Easy to make character studies.
finale was kind of a disappointment, but all the episodes before it were kino.
i am hoping for more shows on other xmen characters that have the same artistic freedom as this one.
This & The Gifted are superior to every MCU film & show. The writing, the characters, the visuals. It's surreal.
This is the type of shit the MCU comedy shit verse will never be or be able to feel like. Ever. God I miss FOX.
>The Gifted
Half of the cast is great, the idea is good too, but is low budget af and the other half of the cast is horrible, anyhow best Marvel tv serie after Daredevil season 1
loved it, but the last episode was too... x-menny?
To be fair I don't enjoy superhero tv shows, so my opinion is strictly as someone who found it to be an incredibly fascinating show in general.
Marvel made this show
The Careys were fantastic and their weird brother/sister/father/daughter dynamic was nice.
Fox was in control.
Last decent X media now that Disney as regain rights
are the comics with legion anywhere near as good as the show?
No.
Disney hasn't regained anything yet though.
not great
I like it more than The Gifted.
X-Men Legacy was good
>artistic freedom
this obviously the answer. maybe it makes too much sense for CEOs to get it. like it's just too simple and logical to understand for them
It's fucking based.
No The Gifted is good.
I really liked this one. it had a bit of a dip in the middle for it's pacing, I felt, but otherwise pretty cool. Another user mentioned its psychological horror elements, I have to agree that those were the best parts. I guess I just wish the main character was actually insane rather than just possessed by the shadow king.
