Man, MTV had some good shit.
It used to attract more artists and creative types. MTV of the 90s was a powerful force. It was like Facebook, even if you hated it you were still aware of the culture around it.
Now creative types can release their work without the oversight of upper management. You think this would drive them to loosen their chains a little but they just churn out bottom barrel shit like all TV these days.
I was a huge weeb back in middle school so I always got excited when I saw this particular bumper.
