There's no real emotion to it. The three keep talking about how much they respect each other and like hanging out, but they have no chemistry at all. They don't feel like friends. This book is just a bunch of side stories where the focus should be on the character interactions, but we don't really have any meaningful ones. This book is a whole lot of nothing. I regularly forget it even exists, and I've been following the storytimes since it began.
