Despite the fact you have no English parliament, which the Scottish and Welsh assemblies, and Stormont, get to not only receive massive budgets from the UK goverment (with most of the cash generated by England), but they get to spend that money as they see fit to the benefit of ONLY their region. Meanwhile, England has no budget or executive control, and if England wants to spend money to exclusively benefit English citizens, they must get the Scotts, Welsh and Norn Ironers to also agree.
