Why are all the Fandolorians also Impfags? I always thought the whole point of being a Mandalorian was being a mercenary who works and shoots anybody, but the cross section of those fans who are also giant Imps is bizarre to me.
The galaxy and the Empire will never be the same again with both Sheev & Tarkin death. For so far I’m concern, the events of Star Wars and the galaxy ended with the death of Sheev and Tarkin. No Episode 7+
Nathaniel Ramirez
If Imperials are so fashionable, why do all of their clothes look like cosplay Nazi clothes you'd pick up from a Halloween store for 20 dollars and their ships and overall architecture look like knock off Klingon/roman aesthetics except rendered in all squares. Meanwhile, the Rebellion has the best ships, the best outfits, and the second an Imp switches sides they become instantly at least twice as good looking (case in point, Kallus).
>Imps seething Even when they finally design a good looking ship, it just gets stolen by the Rebellion, almost like it's destined by the force that the Rebels look better.
If that was the point, it definitely worked. I know hes actually pretty tall, but every scene he was in I can't help but chuckle at everyone else wearing minimalist clothes and seeing him with his cape and elaborate outfit and getting angry at everyone.
Julian Gray
Ben isn't even a manlet, it's just that guy Henry is a fucking beast, which made them have to put Krennic at manlet status in canon it's just fucking hilarious
Good thing though. Now Captain...Commander Kagi can take command of the shock trooper division along with Commander Thire.
Also take that for killing Fives.
Wyatt Hernandez
That's literally the point. You notice his cape doesn't blow dramatically or flattering? He has a hard time in rain scene. He thinks he's a big league guy with Tarkin and Vader but they prove he is out of his element.
>He thinks he's a big league guy with Tarkin and Vader but they prove he is out of his element. That's what makes him so entertaining. watching him think he has the biggest cock around until Tarkin pushes his shit in is great
Angel Cook
>We'll never see Krennic again >We'll never see Cassian again >We'll never see Galen again It's a shame how quickly they left RO in the dust, though it was to be expected, I suppose.
At least Saw became the go-to "bad guy" Rebel, though that was mostly thanks to George prepping him up to play that role in the Dark Times era anyway.
In the stories we get in the pre death star go boom we are seeing more of Krennic. Cassian was a wash, I only cared about him at the end, but I want more Krennic and Galen. Seeing him passively get shit on in rebels was fucking great, I am enjoying the way canon is working nowadays, with things being added to the world. Catalyst to RO was probably one of the best examples I have seen of integration, I hope it happens more. I would sell my dick for a novel about Krennic and Galen in school, and how they met. PLEASE
Mandalorians and Imperials have been client-partners for decades, ostensibly because when Palpatine declared the Empire to exist he didn't drop the Geonosis hammer on Mandalore for staying neutral during the Clone Wars.
I loved Cassian, especially that combination of ruthlessness and vulnerability, like a guy who knows even if the Alliance wins the war and beats the Empire he's done enough shit to not deserve to live in what comes after. Plus, super-Rebel Jyn tried to throw shade on him over her daddy getting bombed and he BTFO'd her in front of everyone on the transport. The ONE time he disobeys his orders and doesn't take the killshot on Galen and she tries to jump his shit about it? Fuck her, she should have been thanking him for not wasting Erso right in front of Krennic and his goons. Fantastic character, and Luna sold it well.
>the Rebellion has [...] the best outfits >image of Hera
Yo gramps, are you enjoying pulling up those pants up to your armpits?
Noah Sullivan
Yeah I only liked him on my second viewing of RO. He seems like the kind of person who realizes that yeah, he did some fucked up shit. but if he didn't do what needed to be done, then no one could have a happy ending. The scene where he calls Jyn out for being a total bitch was an amazing one, and thats the reason I realized I liked him. People who say 'oh jyn was a mary sue' forget that he saved her more than once, and called her out on her bullshit, which needed to happen if she was to grow. he can't sleep at night, but he knows that what he does is atleast helping. Thats the best anyone can do.
Leo Flores
>99167791 >99167807 Hey mods, weren't you banning these?
Jaxon Gonzalez
Mods here, what’s seems to be the problem?
Jackson Stewart
Because it's funny
Ryder Sanders
The only times Jyn could be righteously accused of being a Sue were when she beat up a stormtrooper squad with a baton with seemingly no effort, and when she was preaching to the Rebel leadership like they didn't know their fucking jobs until she showed up to tell them. Apart from those instances, she was actually a decent character with a tough girl front to keep from showing how over her head she constantly was.
Nolan Roberts
Everything on this is pretty accurate except the wings open too much. Annoying
Colton Campbell
It is not!
Jonathan Diaz
>the stormtroopers to be fair, she does get outnumbered, and she has to be saved. I think beating up one or two is fine >The HOPE scene I still maintain she was bullshitting through her teeth because she knew it needed to be done and knew what they wanted to hear I like her more and more as time goes on. But I liked Cassian better.
Gabriel Diaz
>wings open too much Why's that, cupcake? The one you got in your garage tell you that or something?
>Empire fragmented and we never saw a counterattack
Nani the fuck >Big E himself takes an interest >Grand moff Tarkin himself involved To the empires knowledge a Grand Admiral was killed there >DARTH fucking VADER failed there >also lose about 16 star destroyers
Why wouldn't they just park 5-6 star destroyers in high orbit and just bombard the planet to dust?
>to be fair, she does get outnumbered, and she has to be saved No she doesn't. Andor stands there and watches in clear awe as she beats down the entire squad, then turns and shoots an Imp K-droid down before she's ever actually in any danger. She handled that entire squad like they were nothing, the same kind of guys that mowed down the Tantive IV's marines during the airlock breach in ANH without breaking stride.
James Jackson
One would think Lothal would have been a prime target for the first test of the Death Star, instead of Alderaan, with all the shit that's been going on there.
She takes out a few, gets outnumbered, and then gets saved what is your issue? Are you the guy that was crying about how a GIRL could never do that? Bucketheads are notoriously bad
A waif of a girl that had been in an Imperial prison for who knows how long manhandling fully-armored men all larger than she is? Yes, I have a problem with that.
Henry Rivera
>The rebels are too well equipped! Remember when we lost an entire planet to like 5 of them and never went back for no reason? Even our best Grand Admiral was killed!
Like it really does ruin other media. Remeber in Rogue one where Darth Vader is fucking lecturing Krenic and being incredulous because ONE Imperial facility was openly attacked. Like fucking hell man you lost a whole planet.
To be fair, how do they show the heroes losing in a kid's show?
Ryder Hernandez
STANDING
Brandon Murphy
Men that have telekinetic powers and laser swords get to do things men with telekinetic powers and laser swords do. Little girls, even trained ones, do not get to lay waste to an entire squad of also-trained males, all of whom are larger and armored, like they're toddlers. That is being a fucking Sue, and bad storytelling because it's ludicrous even to casual scrutiny. If SHE had telekinetic powers and a laser sword, then it would make complete sense for her to make hash out of trained soldiers regardless of their relative sizes and strengths compared to her own, but she has neither of those thing, she just has the backing of an agenda to explain the practical impossibility that she could effortlessly do what she did.
Landon Davis
Oh man it is the 'girls can never be as good of fighters as men' guy I remember you
Bentley Murphy
If it wasn't for the gross stupidity inbuilt into the FO, I'd hope their secret master was the Chiss Ascendancy.
Girls given comparable training to guys will always lose to the guys in a fight. It's that simple, and you have NO example to fall back on to suggest otherwise that isn't something scripted.
Kayden Morris
The climax of the movie is the Spic saving her from the evil bong man she's not much of a mary sue dude
Fine, I shall. Let us hope for your sake it provides a proper explanation that will correct whatever oversight in my perception you imply I possess. Bear in mind that if it fails to sway my stance, you will suffer accordingly.
Your picture is exactly an example of what I'm talking about. Phasma, a girl, gets her ass thoroughly kicked by Finn, a guy who isn't even equal to her in stature or in armor, both with comparable training, in a fight. Deal with it.
Holy fucking shit it's a movie dude And if you read her book, you know she is an uber brutal bitch who kills everything that comes her way. She is a beast. go back to crying about how your mommie won't make tendies on /r9k/
