Eeeeh, I feel like she shits on the whole fucking premise of the show (Wander's space folk hero shenanigans always wins in the end) and breaks a lot of the interesting core character dynamics. While her existence does give Wander some fun bits to do, she comes off as really tryhard and, I can't state this enough, it really bothers me that she can just bruteforce Wander.
It'd be as if a kawaii dorky 'women can be strong too' villain showed up in One Punch Man and could just body Saitama. It's antithetical to the whole fucking point of the show and reeks of pandering.

Hater's a sleazy villian scumfuck, but having him pine over another villain instead of just wanting to destroy them because the villain happens to be a girl feels like a betrayal of his character. Having someone that's 100% unaffected by Wander is really annoying--part of what makes Wander and Hater's interactions so great is that, while Wander doesn't ever convince Hater to be a friend, he does affect him in a lot of ways.

But Dominator/Wander and Dominator/Hater in S3 would have made for some interesting dynamics, user. The former would be because Wander has to deal with someone who genuinely despises him, knows how to follow through and cannot be reformed because of his actions, and the latter because Dominator and Hater are the only characters on the show that would actually synergize with each other; they're both socially inept, rage-fueled, lonely manchildren that crave attention from others and have bloated egos.
Besides that, Dominator doesn't really interact with anyone else; the only two characters she has any sort of meaningful interaction with are Wander and Hater, and her relationship with both of them was evidently something that would have been properly developed in a third season.

The entire point of Dominator showing up was to fundamentally change the show's premise, and thank god, because the show would have gotten stale if it was just the exact same shtick in S2.

Hater can totally be reformed, doesn't know how to follow through and would definitely be at least a little tsundere for him by the end of the show after he helped him out with his girl issues. He's not a legitimate threat.
I was just using a hypothetical scenario to show how Dominator would have actually improved the overall character dynamics of the show as time went on, and as is she doesn't interact with enough characters to actually change how they act around each other besides the occasional "Oh, Dominator's gonna blow us up".
As she is with what we got, the only Dominator parts I'd consider mediocre were the start of her gender reveal and the second act of The Night Out (the prologue and ending were funny), and the rest ranged from average (The Bot) to entertaining (The End Of The Galaxy, My Fair Hatey). I don't mind people not liking her, but it's just up to personal opinion by that point.
