NY2LA: The Unauthorized Autobiography of My Thumb is one of my favorite books/graphic novels. Wes Jenkins died last fall due to complications during heart surgery, so I figured I would story time his book that I bought a long time ago. While he is best known for being the creative director of Lego Island, he always considered himself a cartoonist first, doing a "doodle-a-day" on his website and encouraging other inspiring artists to do the same.
So please join me on this wild fucking trip of drugs, doodles, and hippies as we go back in time to the 70s. This book is a reaction image goldmine.
