I'm not exactly sure what you mean. It's late March in this issue and the beginning of Somewhere out West just says Spring. I guess they still have some time for getting "out west".

Yeah, that's true too. The situation seems a lot more calm then which does make you wonder considering how this issue ends. I guess we'll just have to see how he wraps this up (hopefully in the next 7 issues).
