I do want to know what other cards are out there that can do decent performance with minimal power usage. In other words, without need for a 6pin.

Also a note, i have a foken Intel E8400, a dual-core cpu overlocked to 3,52GHz and a powersupply with just 350W

You can forget OCing on a shitty generic 350w PSU. Fire and death are all that await you.

However that is the normal 750ti evga offers, they also have a SC (SuperClocked) version. Try looking in different webshops for that one.

I also made a mistake earlier, the GDDR5 ram on this thing can do 5400Mhz. Note however that these cards will automatically downclock both the processor and ram clockspeeds when it is idling. I guess your 750 does the same thing.
