business idea: take over a mid to low performing university

start charging much lower tuition fees to home students, either nothing or maybe around £3000 a year. This will attract some higher quality students who would rather have less debt,

this improves the quality of the university in the league tables which attracts more foreign students who you can charge high fees to and end up making more money than before
