A day has passed, meh. One thing I have noticed that nearly anything becomes routine and you learn to adjust to it. During conscription I could (though it's not like you have a choice) wake up before 6 and be active the whole day and that was fine. Now I can wake up at 2 in the afternoon and do nothing and that's fine. Atleast when I was in my teens there was always something I had to do so my routine was atleast somewhat active.

I think my "internal clock" does not run on a 24 hour day since the time I go to sleep always seems to get later and later, then at some point I "correct it" and wake up and go to bed sooner and the cycle begins again.

i have this problem as well, i haven't had a stable sleep pattern since i was a kid and i'm pretty sure it has caused serious mental damage.
